Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear statement sent to the contact details below is sufficient, even without using a pre-set form.

How to return a product

Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, intact, in their original packaging and not used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise stated. Goods should be shipped to:

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

Bottles and tins of extra virgin olive oil that have been opened by the Customer cannot be returned, nor can other perishable food products or products sealed for hygiene reasons once opened.

Refund timing and method

Once the return has been received and checked, or proof of shipment has been provided, we will issue the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund covers the price of the products and the standard delivery costs; any extra costs for faster shipping than the standard option are not refunded.
