Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, under Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code. To exercise your right of withdrawal, an explicit communication sent to the contact details below is enough, even without using a specific form.

How to return a product

Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, in their original condition and packaging, and not used beyond what is necessary to check their nature and characteristics. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated. Goods should be sent to:

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

Bottles and cans of extra virgin olive oil that have been opened by the customer cannot be returned, along with other perishable food products or goods sealed for hygiene reasons once opened, in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Refund timing and method

Once we receive and check the return, or receive proof of shipment, we process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund covers the price of the products and standard delivery costs; any extra costs for a delivery option faster than our standard one are not refunded.
