To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear statement sent to the contact details below is sufficient, even without using a pre-set form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to return a product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, intact, in their original packaging and not used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise stated.
